It depends on the training. Joy Foundations is a maximum of 3 hours online. Unleash Yourself really depends on the teacher. Some teachers offer weekend intensives, others offer nightly sessions for a week. Each training will detail the dates and hours required.

Yes :) Our training is geared specifically to the Secret Sunrise offering and what makes Secret Sunrise the movement that it is. Facilitators are trained in the Secret Sunrise Joy Magic, and the relevant values and ethics that go into a session. Only accredited Secret Sunrise Facilitators can offer Secret Sunrise sessions.

Step 3: Sign a Joy Agreement with Secret Sunrise, pay your annual subscription (currently $70) and connect with your local collective to run sessions in your area.
